Full job descriptionLooking for a Procurement Executive for our Spectrum Hotel &amp; Palm regal resorts who must have worked in hospitality or in restaurant.&amp; Must have knowledge of store department and computer &amp; also have vendors connection in Berhampur.Procurement Management:<ul><li>Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for Spectrum Hotel.</li><li>Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.</li><li>Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.</li><li>Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.</li><li>Negotiate with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs based on project schedules and requirements.</li></ul>Vendor Relations:<ul><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and reliability.</li><li>Resolve issues related to supplier performance, such as delivery delays or product quality concerns.</li><li>Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
