Full job description

Looking for a Procurement Executive for our Spectrum Hotel & Palm regal resorts who must have worked in hospitality or in restaurant.& Must have knowledge of store department and computer & also have vendors connection in Berhampur.

Procurement Management:

• Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for Spectrum Hotel.
• Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
• Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs based on project schedules and requirements.

Vendor Relations:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and reliability.
• Resolve issues related to supplier performance, such as delivery delays or product quality concerns.
• Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
