This platform digitizes loan origination and automates decision-making, streamlining the entire process from customer onboarding, e-KYC verification, Credit Bureau Check to loan disbursement, setting new standards in efficiency and service delivery.Website - https://hotfoot.co.in/Email - rohit.g@hotfoot.co.inRoles and Responsibilities: - As a Senior production support engineer, you would be responsible your team - for resolving the production support issues within a given SLA.You would delegate your team to do the RCA for the production issues and coordinate with the development team for permanent fixes.Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system.Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.Coordinate with Application Development Team to successfully deploy software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments.Develop scripts and work with a team to automate repeatable manual tasks.Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application or infrastructure issues.Skills Required: -Knowledge of OS Linux (RHEL 6+ ) and Windows .Hands on Experience on Java, Oracle, SQL, MySQL and performance tunning.Knowledge on Patch deployments and App/web layer configurations (Nginx, Apache tomcat , Jboss ) .Knowledge on SDLC Excellent written &amp; verbal communicationGood analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood team player with the ability to deliver within schedules.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC </li><li>Expected CTC </li><li>Notice Tenure </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Application /Production support: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Software application Support Experience (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
