About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a multilingual professional with deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, a strong sales record, and the ability to connect with clients through powerful communication and storytelling. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, closing deals, and representing our company&rsquo;s values with professionalism and integrity.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Client Engagement: Assist clients in finding residential, commercial, and investment properties that meet their needs and budgets.</li><li>Market Expertise: Advise clients on market trends, property values, legal requirements, and investment opportunities within Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings and professional presentations for potential buyers, investors, and tenants.</li><li>Listings Management: Manage and maintain up-to-date property listings in the company&rsquo;s CRM and online portals.</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Closure: Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and finalize sales or rental agreements in alignment with company policies.</li><li>Networking &amp; Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Market Awareness: Stay informed about market movements, government regulations, and community developments affecting real estate transactions.</li><li>Lead Generation: Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.</li><li>After-Sales Service: Provide clients with excellent post-sale support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and referrals.</li><li>Technology Utilization: Use modern AI tools, CRM systems, and data-driven insights to boost sales performance and client engagement.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven real estate experience in Abu Dhabi (residential, commercial, or off-plan).</li><li>Strong sales record and network in the local market.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages such as Hindi, French, or Russian are a plus).</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to build trust and influence clients.</li><li>Experience with modern AI tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems for lead generation and client management.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under a commission-based structure.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract
