Property Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Consultant/Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a multilingual professional with deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, a strong sales record, and the ability to connect with clients through powerful communication and storytelling. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, closing deals, and representing our company’s values with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven real estate experience in Abu Dhabi (residential, commercial, or off-plan).
• Strong sales record and network in the local market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages such as Hindi, French, or Russian are a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to build trust and influence clients.
• Experience with modern AI tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems for lead generation and client management.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under a commission-based structure.
