The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for clients, provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, and ensure smooth daily office operations.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently and take down accurate, detailed messages</li><li>Process payments from clients, both in person and over the phone</li><li>Assist with preparing, scanning, and filing documents with the court</li><li>Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff member or attorney</li><li>Provide general administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, and filing documents into appropriate client files</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information at all times</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)</li><li>Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred (law firm or professional services experience a plus)</li><li>&middot;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly wage/salary</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Retirement plan options (401k and matching contributions)</li><li>Opportunities for professional development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourLocation:<ul><li>Salem, OR 97302 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Salem, OR 97302 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
