Howdy Honey is looking for a reliable, and detail oriented team member to join us in downtown Grapevine.This is a flex position that moves between front of house and back of house perfect for someone who enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a team that truly works together.You&rsquo;ll shift between making drinks, prepping and baking, and helping execute food orders.We&rsquo;re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and genuinely enjoys being part of a creative, community-driven space.Position Details:<ul><li>Part-time and full-time positions available</li><li>Weekend availability required</li><li>Must have a valid Texas Food Handler&rsquo;s License</li><li>Previous barista or kitchen experience required (both is a plus)</li><li>Flex role across bar, kitchen prep, and service</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages</li><li>Prep doughs, cookies, and baked goods</li><li>Bake and restock items throughout the day</li><li>Assist with food orders (small food menu)</li><li>Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace (both bar + kitchen)</li><li>Follow recipes and uphold consistency across all items</li><li>Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable switching between tasks and roles throughout a shift</li><li>Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Someone who takes pride in both food quality and guest experience</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>Tips (typically $6&ndash;$10+ per hour additional for front of house shifts)</li><li>Creative, supportive, community-focused environment</li><li>Flexible scheduling (20&ndash;30+ hours/week)</li><li>Opportunity to grow with an expanding local brand</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
