Barista + Kitchen Team Member (FOH/BOH Flex) — Howdy Honey (Grapevine)

Howdy Honey is looking for a reliable, and detail oriented team member to join us in downtown Grapevine.

This is a flex position that moves between front of house and back of house perfect for someone who enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a team that truly works together.

You’ll shift between making drinks, prepping and baking, and helping execute food orders.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and genuinely enjoys being part of a creative, community-driven space.

Position Details:

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Weekend availability required
• Must have a valid Texas Food Handler’s License
• Previous barista or kitchen experience required (both is a plus)
• Flex role across bar, kitchen prep, and service

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
• Prep doughs, cookies, and baked goods
• Bake and restock items throughout the day
• Assist with food orders (small food menu)
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace (both bar + kitchen)
• Follow recipes and uphold consistency across all items
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
