Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, pet loving Part Time Receptionist to join our team!Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive experience.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and text messages.</li><li>Maintain front desk operations by managing appointments, checking vaccination records and taking notes for the groomers and pulling and filing cards daily.</li><li>Keeping the front lobby clean and looking nice.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Reception experience a plus but not mandatory.
