Part Time Receptionist at Pet Groomng Salon

Overview
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, pet loving Part Time Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and text messages.
• Maintain front desk operations by managing appointments, checking vaccination records and taking notes for the groomers and pulling and filing cards daily.
• Keeping the front lobby clean and looking nice.

Qualifications

• Reception experience a plus but not mandatory. Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
