We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1&ndash;2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on project requirements.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.</li><li>Maintain consistency in design language and brand guidelines across all platforms.</li><li>Present design concepts and user flows to team members and stakeholders.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with design systems and component libraries.</li><li>Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools.
