UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on project requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain consistency in design language and brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Present design concepts and user flows to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools. (Not mandatory)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and UI optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
