Location: Mumbai Experience: 4&ndash;7 years in recruitment (logistics / port operations preferred) Industry: Logistics, Container Terminals, CFS/ICDWe are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our container terminal operations/logistics company. You will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent across operational, technical, and corporate functions while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and supporting business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.<ul><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.</li><li>Expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, industry networks, employee referrals, and campus programs.</li><li>Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate assessments with hiring managers.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics: TAT, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and generate reports for management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws, port regulations, and company policies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Engineering background with MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.</li><li>4&ndash;7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Container terminals / CFS / ICD, Port operators / shipping / logistics companies</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;10,252.21 - &#8377;43,862.53 per monthWork Location: Remote
