Key Responsibilities:</div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Review and evaluate eLearning courses, training modules, and related content for quality, consistency, and accuracy.</li><li>
Test eLearning content for functionality, usability, and compatibility across different platforms and devices.</li><li>
Validate content alignment with instructional design standards, client requirements, and learning objectives.(Not Applicable for DDI)</li><li>
Identify and document bugs, errors, or inconsistencies in content, multimedia elements, quizzes, and assessments.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with content developers, instructional designers, developers, and project managers to resolve issues and implement improvements.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with SCORM, xAPI, and other relevant eLearning standards.</li><li>
Conduct usability testing and recommend improvements to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.</li><li>
Maintain QA documentation, checklists, and reports for continuous quality monitoring.</li><li>
Stay updated on emerging eLearning trends, tools, and quality standards.</li></ul><div>
Required Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>
Proven experience in Quality Assurance for eLearning content and digital training materials.</li><li>
Strong understanding of eLearning technologies (LMS, SCORM, xAPI, Articulate, Captivate, etc.).</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify issues in content and technical elements.</li><li>
Familiarity with content authoring tools and multimedia formats.</li><li>
Basic understanding of instructional design principles.</li><li>
Experience in manual testing processes.</li><li>
Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul></div><div></div>
