QA Specialist

Position: QA Specialist
Experience : 3 to 7 Years
Location : Pune - Kothrud(Hybrid)

• Review and evaluate eLearning courses, training modules, and related content for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Test eLearning content for functionality, usability, and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
• Validate content alignment with instructional design standards, client requirements, and learning objectives.(Not Applicable for DDI)
• Identify and document bugs, errors, or inconsistencies in content, multimedia elements, quizzes, and assessments.
• Collaborate closely with content developers, instructional designers, developers, and project managers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SCORM, xAPI, and other relevant eLearning standards.
• Conduct usability testing and recommend improvements to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
• Maintain QA documentation, checklists, and reports for continuous quality monitoring.
• Stay updated on emerging eLearning trends, tools, and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance for eLearning content and digital training materials.
• Strong understanding of eLearning technologies (LMS, SCORM, xAPI, Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify issues in content and technical elements.
• Familiarity with content authoring tools and multimedia formats.
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
• Experience in manual testing processes.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
