Designation: - Service EngineerEducation: -Diploma / PG Diploma in Plastic / Tooling / CIPETExperience: -4-5 years with Tool Making / Tool Maintenance / Injection moulding Process &amp; Mold Try-outs with troubleshooting.Job Location: - PuneMust Have: - Driver's license and Two-WheelerJob Description: -<ul><li>Perform service activities like rework, modifications, repairs and installation of hot runner systems, and test them to ensure they are working correctly</li></ul><ul><li>Provide technical support and training at customer site on how to use and maintain the system.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform maintenance and provide customer support.</li></ul><ul><li>Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.</li></ul><ul><li>Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.</li></ul><ul><li>Explain issues with HRS systems and repairs to customers</li></ul><ul><li>Establish and develop a strong working relationship with customer. He will represent our company in the field.</li></ul><ul><li>Comply with all safety procedures and policies established</li></ul><ul><li>Actively interface with customers at all levels.
