Procurement Officer (Construction Materials &amp; Vendors)Salary : 50k to 60kLocation : GurgaonResponsibilities:- Identify vendors and negotiate rates for construction materials (cement, steel, MEP, finishingmaterials, etc.)- Ensure timely delivery of materials at sites.- Maintain vendor database and contracts.- Monitor purchase orders, bills, and reconciliation with accounts.- Work closely with site engineers for material demand forecasting.Requirements:- Graduate/Diploma with 5&ndash;6 years in procurement (infra/construction).- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred.- Must have strong market knowledge for civil &amp; MEP materials.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Procurement: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
