Job Title: Structural BIM CoordinatorLocation: Dokki, Giza Department: BIM Unit Reports To: BIM ManagerJob Summary:The Structural BIM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, managing, and implementing BIM processes for structural works. The role ensures accurate modeling, clash detection, and collaboration between disciplines to deliver high-quality coordinated models in line with project requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and manage structural BIM models across all project stages.</li><li>Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure proper model integration.</li><li>Perform clash detection using tools such as Navisworks and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Review and validate structural models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.</li><li>Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards.</li><li>Support the preparation of shop drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.</li><li>Monitor model progress and report on BIM deliverables and timelines.</li><li>Assist in developing and improving BIM workflows and processes.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to BIM modelers and engineers.</li><li>Coordinate with site teams to ensure model alignment with actual construction progress.</li></ul>Job Requirements:Knowledge:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.</li><li>BIM-related certifications are a plus (Autodesk, etc.).</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in Revit Structure, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.</li><li>Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods.</li><li>Experience in clash detection and coordination.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken) &quot;MUST HAVE&quot;</li><li>Strong computer and data management skills.</li></ul>Personal Abilities:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Problem-solving and analytical thinking.</li><li>Team player with leadership capabilities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in structural projects.</li><li>Experience working on large-scale construction projects.</li><li>Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650 is a plus).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to E&pound;60,000.00 per month
