Job Title: Structural BIM Coordinator

Reports To: BIM Manager
Job Summary:
The Structural BIM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, managing, and implementing BIM processes for structural works. The role ensures accurate modeling, clash detection, and collaboration between disciplines to deliver high-quality coordinated models in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage structural BIM models across all project stages.
- Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure proper model integration.
- Perform clash detection using tools such as Navisworks and ensure timely resolution.
- Review and validate structural models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards.
- Support the preparation of shop drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Monitor model progress and report on BIM deliverables and timelines.
- Assist in developing and improving BIM workflows and processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to BIM modelers and engineers.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure model alignment with actual construction progress.
Job Requirements:Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- BIM-related certifications are a plus (Autodesk, etc.).
Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit Structure, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods.
- Experience in clash detection and coordination.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) "MUST HAVE"
- Strong computer and data management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay: Up to E£60,000.00 per month
