Our cobots excel in welding, assembly, picking &amp; placing, polishing, screwing, and more, and are already trusted across automotive, aerospace, machinery, electronics, and general industry worldwide.Now we&rsquo;re scaling aggressively in the U.S. and Canada &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for a driven Cobot Sales Manager to lead the charge in bringing Huayan&rsquo;s cutting-edge collaborative robots to North American manufacturers.The OpportunityAs Cobot Sales Manager, you will champion the adoption of our Elfin-Pro collaborative robots &mdash; known for:<ul><li>Exceptional precision and repeatability</li><li>Intuitive drag-to-teach programming (setup in minutes, not days)</li><li>Built-in safety for true human-robot collaboration</li><li>Advanced features including end-force control, vision integration, and seamless integration with major industrial tools</li><li>Flexible deployment that dramatically boosts productivity while reducing costs and complexity compared to traditional industrial robots</li></ul>If you thrive on consultative technical selling, love closing capital equipment deals, and want to be at the forefront of the collaborative robotics revolution, this is your moment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets for Huayan cobot products and integrated solutions across the U.S. and Canada.</li><li>Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with OEMs, Tier suppliers, job shops, system integrators, and end-users in key verticals (automotive, aerospace, machinery, electronics, metal fabrication, etc.).</li><li>Conduct compelling product demonstrations, live application trials, ROI calculations, and technical workshops that highlight ease of use, flexibility, safety, and rapid payback.</li><li>Build and expand a strong channel ecosystem of distributors, integrators, and partners while cultivating strategic relationships with key accounts.</li><li>Collaborate closely with applications engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure outstanding customer success from pre-sales through post-installation.</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline management in Salesforce, deliver reliable forecasts, and provide valuable market intelligence on automation trends and competitive dynamics.</li><li>Represent Huayan at major industry events (FABTECH, IMTS, Hannover Messe, etc.) and travel 40-60% to customer sites across North America.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proven Sales Excellence: 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in collaborative robots (cobots), industrial robotics, automation systems, or related capital equipment, with a consistent history of exceeding quota.</li><li>Technical Strength: Solid understanding of robotics applications, automation integration, and manufacturing processes. Hands-on experience with cobots or similar systems is highly preferred.</li><li>Selling Skills: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and consultative abilities &mdash; able to translate technical advantages into clear business value (productivity gains, labor savings, flexibility, fast ROI).</li><li>Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.</li><li>Mobility: Willing and able to travel extensively within North America.</li><li>Bonus Advantages: Engineering or technical background, experience in welding or other specific applications, and English/Mandarin bilingual skills.</li></ul>Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
