Cobot Sales Manager

Cobot Sales Manager
Huayan Robotics America Inc.

Location: United States (Remote-friendly with 40-60% travel across North America)
Department: Sales – North America
Reports to: Director of Sales, North America

Join the Post-IPO Robotics Boom in North America

Huayan Robotics America Inc. is the fast-expanding North American subsidiary of Guangdong Huayan Robotics Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 1021.HK) — formerly known as Han’s Robot. On March 30, 2026, we successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in a highly oversubscribed IPO (public tranche oversubscribed over 5,000 times), raising approximately HK$1.58 billion to accelerate global growth.

With 20+ years of expertise in collaborative robotics, full-stack self-developed core components, and the powerful Elfin-Pro series, we deliver intelligent, safe, and highly flexible cobots that solve real manufacturing challenges — from labor shortages to the need for agile automation. Our cobots excel in welding, assembly, picking & placing, polishing, screwing, and more, and are already trusted across automotive, aerospace, machinery, electronics, and general industry worldwide.

Now we’re scaling aggressively in the U.S. and Canada — and we’re looking for a driven Cobot Sales Manager to lead the charge in bringing Huayan’s cutting-edge collaborative robots to North American manufacturers.

The Opportunity

As Cobot Sales Manager, you will champion the adoption of our Elfin-Pro collaborative robots — known for:

  • Exceptional precision and repeatability
  • Intuitive drag-to-teach programming (setup in minutes, not days)
  • Built-in safety for true human-robot collaboration
  • Advanced features including end-force control, vision integration, and seamless integration with major industrial tools
  • Flexible deployment that dramatically boosts productivity while reducing costs and complexity compared to traditional industrial robots

If you thrive on consultative technical selling, love closing capital equipment deals, and want to be at the forefront of the collaborative robotics revolution, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets for Huayan cobot products and integrated solutions across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with OEMs, Tier suppliers, job shops, system integrators, and end-users in key verticals (automotive, aerospace, machinery, electronics, metal fabrication, etc.).
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, live application trials, ROI calculations, and technical workshops that highlight ease of use, flexibility, safety, and rapid payback.
  • Build and expand a strong channel ecosystem of distributors, integrators, and partners while cultivating strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with applications engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure outstanding customer success from pre-sales through post-installation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management in Salesforce, deliver reliable forecasts, and provide valuable market intelligence on automation trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Represent Huayan at major industry events (FABTECH, IMTS, Hannover Messe, etc.) and travel 40-60% to customer sites across North America.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Sales Excellence: 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in collaborative robots (cobots), industrial robotics, automation systems, or related capital equipment, with a consistent history of exceeding quota.
  • Technical Strength: Solid understanding of robotics applications, automation integration, and manufacturing processes. Hands-on experience with cobots or similar systems is highly preferred.
  • Selling Skills: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and consultative abilities — able to translate technical advantages into clear business value (productivity gains, labor savings, flexibility, fast ROI).
  • Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Mobility: Willing and able to travel extensively within North America.
  • Bonus Advantages: Engineering or technical background, experience in welding or other specific applications, and English/Mandarin bilingual skills.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
