Job Overview We are seeking an organized Administrative &amp; Operations Coordinator to join our team! The position is in-person with flexible part-time hours between 9-4pm M-F. Person will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily office operations, providing exceptional administrative support in a small nonprofit office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a productive work environment. Thier energy and enthusiasm will help drive our organization forward, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled with precision and professionalism.Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Oversee office management tasks including filing, data entry, calendar management, and maintaining office supplies</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by supporting donors, fund holders, board and team members via phone, email, or in person</li><li>Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, and other computer applications to prepare reports, proofread documents, and perform data entry</li><li>Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events by managing calendars efficiently and ensuring all logistical details are handled seamlessly</li><li>Support clerical duties such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a small office environment</li><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on clerical support and customer service</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience and providing high level client support.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite or similar design experience (not required but a plus)</li><li>Marketing background (a plus)</li></ul>Join us in creating an organized, welcoming office space where your skills make a real difference!
