POSITION OVERVIEW:</b></p><p></p><p><br>
Hudson Partnership CMO is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk coverage and administrative support during a temporary staffing need. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff while ensuring the front office operates efficiently.</p><p><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.</li><li>
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.</li><li>
Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and kitchen area.</li><li>
Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative tasks.</li><li>
Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting preparations as needed.</li><li>
Monitor office supplies and notify the appropriate staff when replenishment is needed.</li><li>
Provide general administrative support to various departments.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of agency and client information.</li></ul><div><ul><li>
Assign car reservations and perhaps assist in taking in vehicles for maintenance.</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office operations.</li></ul><div><ul><li><i>

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).</li><li>

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting assistant to support our finance team. This role will handle day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sage Intacct and familiarity with Medicaid billing processes.</p><p></p><p><br>
Key Responsibilities:</p><p>
Accounts Payable</p><div><ul><li>
Process vendor invoices accurately and timely</li><li>
 Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts</li><li>
 Prepare and process payments</li><li>
 Maintain vendor records</li></ul></div><p></p><p><br>
Accounts Receivable</p><div><ul><li>
Generate and send invoices</li><li>
Post payments and monitor balances</li></ul></div><ul><li>Follow up on past-due accounts</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
Reconciliations</p><div><ul><li>
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
 Reconcile general ledger accounts</li></ul></div><p></p><p><br>
Medicaid Billing</p><div><ul><li>
Assist with billing submissions and tracking</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Ensure compliance with regulations</li></ul></div><p></p><p><br>
Administrative Duties</p><div><ul><li>

Data entry and document management</li><li>

Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting</li><li>
Sage Intacct experience required</li><li>
Medicaid billing knowledge required</li><li>
Strong Excel skills</li><li>

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
Basic understanding of Wraparound model and CSOC</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and the ability to be covered by the agency&rsquo;s vehicle insurance</li><li>
The person in this position needs to occasionally move around the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.</li><li>
The person in this position will need to frequently communicate with families, their team, and others in the community</li><li>
 Emotional and physical capacity to control and manage self if clients act out or behave in a verbal or physical manner.</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><br>
