1. Perform Custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer.<br>
2. Police grounds and remove debris/snow as directed by the Project Supervisor.<br>
3. Complete all mandatory-training programs.<br>
4. Maintain all equipment, storage areas and Custodial closets as to reflect a professional appearance at all times.<br>
5. All Custodians must represent the Corporation in a professional manner, which includes<br>
reporting to work in clean and appropriate attire suitable for position.<br>
6. Must always report accidents and/or safety issues to Project Supervisor immediately.<br>
7. Must maintain an effective working relationship with the Project Supervisor and co- workers at all times.<br>
8. Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.<br>
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.</p><br>

Qualifications:</b><br>
1. Must be capable of physical demands of the job, such as but not limited to constant standing, walking, stooping, and lifting.<br>
2. Must be able to follow instructions.<br>
3. Able to lift up to 30 pounds properly.<br>
4. Must pass any required federal, state, municipality, and/or customer-specific background checks.</p><p>
As per NYS Law, the full salary range is $15.50- $20.35 per hour. However, our Compensation System is designed to hire new employees between the rates listed above.</p><br>
