This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your multitasking abilities while contributing to the overall success of our organization.Duties<ul><li>Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication.</li><li>Oversee schedule management for staff appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring calendars are up-to-date and conflicts are minimized.</li><li>Coordinate vendor management activities&mdash;review contracts, place orders, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.</li><li>Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting training &amp; development initiatives.</li><li>Handle bookkeeping and bookkeeping-related tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to manage invoices, expenses, and payroll processing.</li><li>Support office management tasks including filing, document organization, and maintaining a tidy work environment.</li><li>Plan and execute company or team events to foster engagement and team spirit.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or office management roles with strong clerical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;both verbal and written&mdash;with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Supervising experience is preferred for overseeing administrative staff or interns.</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and budgeting purposes.</li><li>Experience in event planning and vendor management to coordinate meetings, conferences, or company events smoothly.</li><li>Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll administration and employee onboarding.</li><li>Familiarity with medical office management is a plus for healthcare-related organizations.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as calendar management, filing systems, front desk duties, and multi-line phone systems effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated team management skills with a focus on training &amp; development to support staff growth.
