Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and operate coffee roasting equipment with precision and consistency.</li><li>Develop and maintain roast profiles to highlight flavor notes and quality.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and grade green coffee beans.</li><li>Conduct cupping sessions to ensure quality control and consistency.</li><li>Collaborate with baristas and management to align roasting with customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the roastery.</li><li>Document roasting processes and inventory for traceability.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee roasting or specialty coffee industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of green coffee sourcing, roasting techniques, and flavor development.</li><li>Hands-on experience with roasting machines and quality control tools.</li><li>Excellent sensory skills and ability to identify flavor profiles.</li><li>Conversant in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>Roastery Operations: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Coffee Roaster Course and Certification (Required)</li></ul>

ROASTERY SPECIALIST - SPECIALTY COFFEE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for F&amp;B products, equipment, and services</li><li>Ensure timely procurement of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels</li><li>Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen and caf&eacute; teams to forecast needs and align procurement with menu planning</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, import regulations, and company standards</li><li>Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience in F&amp;B procurement, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant sector</li><li>Strong knowledge of food and beverage sourcing, supply chain logistics, and vendor management</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with procurement software and inventory systems</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus</li><li>Qatar Driving License</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
