About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our upscale coffee shop and restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of restaurant financials, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational and financial goals.</li><li>Manage branch profitability through effective control of costs, labor, inventory, and expenses.</li><li>Monitor and analyze Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) statements and implement corrective actions to improve financial performance.</li><li>Control food, beverage, and operational wastage while maintaining acceptable variance levels.</li><li>Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize labor productivity and service standards.</li><li>Establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for individuals and teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and hazard prevention procedures.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory counts and implement inventory control measures.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, Caf&eacute; Manager, or similar leadership role within hospitality, restaurants, caf&eacute;s, or food &amp; beverage operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) Management</li><li>Cost Control &amp; Budgeting</li><li>Wastage &amp; Variance Management</li><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Staff Scheduling &amp; Workforce Planning</li><li>KPI Development and Performance Evaluation</li><li>Food Safety Standards and Hazard Control</li><li>Customer Service Excellence</li><li>Proven ability to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.</li><li>Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in POS systems, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commercial awareness and business acumen.</li><li>Ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency.</li><li>Experience in upscale dining, premium caf&eacute;s, or high-volume restaurant operations is highly desirable.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
