About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our upscale coffee shop and restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of restaurant financials, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Manage branch profitability through effective control of costs, labor, inventory, and expenses.
- Monitor and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and implement corrective actions to improve financial performance.
- Control food, beverage, and operational wastage while maintaining acceptable variance levels.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize labor productivity and service standards.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for individuals and teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and hazard prevention procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and implement inventory control measures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, Café Manager, or similar leadership role within hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or food & beverage operations.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
