THE ROLE:

We are currently looking for a warm, energetic, and inspiring RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our Food & Beverage team. If you are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, leading successful teams, and delivering service with personality and excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and exceptional service delivery
• Create memorable guest experiences by maintaining high service and hospitality standards
• Inspire, coach, and develop your team to bring out their best every day
• Drive a positive, engaging, and collaborative team culture
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance to support operational success
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively enhance service experiences
• Work closely with Culinary and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Support the achievement of financial goals through effective cost control and revenue generation initiatives
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards are maintained at all times

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury or high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams
• A guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong operational knowledge of Food & Beverage service
• Ability to remain organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude with a hands-on approach to leadership
