JOB PURPOSE:</b></p><p>
We are looking for an experienced and proactive <b>HR COORDINATOR</b> to support our Human Resources operations, with a focus on payroll, HR administration, and employee support.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Welfare &amp; Engagement activities</li><li>
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave balances, and personnel files</li><li>
Support benefits administration (health insurance, annual leave, etc.)</li><li>
Prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and contracts as needed</li><li>
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations</li><li>
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives</li><li>
Respond to internal HR-related inquiries from team mebers in a timely and professional manner</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; COMPETENCIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Experience handling payroll systems and HR software (e.g., Oasys, SAP, or similar)</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities</li><li>
High attention to detail and confidentiality</li></ul><p><b>

THE ROLE:</b></p><p>
We are seeking a dynamic and refined <b>CLUB MANAGER</b> to lead the operations of <b>NED&rsquo;S CLUB</b>, ensuring an exceptional and personalised member experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong European experience, a background in Michelin-level dining, and expertise in managing exclusive membership clubs and all-day fine dining environments.</p><p>
You will be the driving force behind service excellence, operational leadership, and member engagement &mdash; curating memorable moments that reflect The Ned&rsquo;s luxury standards and distinctive character.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING:</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee the full operations of Ned&rsquo;s Club, ensuring seamless service and exceptional member satisfaction</li><li>
Lead and inspire the Club team, fostering a culture of luxury service, professionalism, and warmth</li><li>
Maintain outstanding standards across all-day fine dining, lounge, and club spaces</li><li>
Build strong relationships with members, ensuring personalised and anticipatory service</li><li>
Collaborate with Culinary and F&amp;B Service teams to deliver refined, high-quality dining experiences</li><li>
Drive financial performance, cost control, and revenue growth within the Club</li><li>
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards</li><li>
Continuously elevate the member journey through innovative service and experience enhancements</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
ABOUT YOU:</b></p><ul><li>
Proven experience as a Club Manager or senior leader withi<b>N</b> a luxury membership club</li><li>
Strong European hospitality experience is essential</li><li>
Background in Michelin-starred or equivalent fine dining environments</li><li>
Expertise in all-day dining luxury operations</li><li>
Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills</li><li>
Passion for personalised service, luxury hospitality, and member experience</li><li>
Commercially aware with strong organisational and operational skills</li><li>
Well-presented, service-driven, and detail-oriented</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
