THE ROLE:</b></p><p>
This position has been designed to address the current need for dedicated ownership of F&amp;B creativity, activations, partnerships, and end-to-end campaign execution across all venues. The role would act as the central link between Food &amp; Beverage Operations, Marketing, PR, Digital, Revenue, and Finance to ensure all initiatives are strategically planned, commercially effective, and flawlessly executed.</p><p><b><br>

Conduct quality checks and ensure activations are executed to brand standards.</li><li>

We are seeking a proactive and experienced <b>ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER</b> to oversee the daily operations of all rooms-related departments within the hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting the management in achieving operational and financial objectives across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Wellness.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Support the overall management of Spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times</li><li>
Lead, motivate, and develop the Spa team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment</li><li>
Maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and presentation</li><li>
Assist in driving revenue through treatments, retail, and guest engagement initiatives</li><li>
Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, turning moments into lasting impressions</li><li>

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury spa or wellness environment</li><li>

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Highly organised with attention to detail</li><li>
