We're looking for a passionate and hands-on F&B SUPERVISOR - BANQUET who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver memorable guest experiences. If you're a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Supervise banquet operations to ensure every event runs seamlessly from set-up to breakdown.
• Lead, motivate, and support the banquet team to deliver warm, professional, and personalized service.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of functions.
• Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and event timelines, resolving any issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Ensure banquet venues are prepared to the highest standards, including room setup, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Train and coach team members, helping them grow while maintaining The Ned's service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards throughout all events.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Female candidates with Arabic language proficiency are preferred.
• Previous experience as a Banquet Supervisor or in a similar Food & Beverage supervisory role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused while managing multiple priorities.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.
• A genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
