Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Summary

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day food and beverage operation of the assigned Outlet in line with Brunch & Cake's vision, business plan, company guidelines, quality standards, Food Safety, and Health & Safety policies. The Outlet Manager assumes responsibility for delivering budgeted P&L results.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Promote brand culture and values within the team.

-Ensure that customer service standards are executed daily as per brand guidelines.

-Provide a positive and friendly guest experience & employees are interacting with customers in a calm, friendly & professional manner.

-Address customer complaints or issues & courteously resolve matters.

-Obtain customer feedback and make suggestions to implement changes to improve operations if needed.

-Create an environment that encourages teamwork.

-Guarantee the attendance & completion of all required staff training & maintain high levels of product knowledge within your team.

-Responsible for all HR-related duties; hiring, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, terminations, leave planning & administrative record keeping of all employees’ personal information.

-Effectively manage the outlets’ workforce & ensuring the outlet is efficiently staffed at all times.

-Ensure all team members are in uniform & well presented as per brand grooming & personal hygiene guidelines.

-Make sure the team stays abreast of all updates communicated by the brand.

-Ensure product quality and that all employees are delivering products as per brand standards.

-Ensure that daily, weekly & monthly operational duties are executed.

-Ensure that Brand, standard operational procedures (S.O.P) are enforced.

-Ensure record keeping of all procedural documentation.

-Deliver budgeted P&L and make suggestions on improving sales and -Take full responsibility for cash handling procedures on site.

-Create and analyze regular reports on the Outlet’s performance.

-Responsible for the effective management of the Outlets inventory; food, beverage, OS&E & FF&E.

-Ensure that the facility is well maintained and that the interior and exterior styling of the venue is as per brand guidelines.

-Ensure that all necessary permits & licenses are up to date.

-Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations as per local legislation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred)

3–5 years of experience in a similar role (F&B experience required)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Must be locally available in Qatar
