• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and service delivery
• Uphold high hospitality and guest experience standards
• Coach, motivate, and develop the team
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
• Monitor and act on guest feedback
• Collaborate with Culinary and other departments
• Support cost control and revenue goals
• Maintain health, safety, and brand standards

What You'll Need

• Prior Restaurant Manager experience in luxury or high-volume hospitality
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Guest-focused, hands-on, and positive approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid F&B operational knowledge
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Japanese Dining concept experience
