<p>The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Lebanese restaurant and hospitality services to ensure smooth workflow, excellent guest experience, and high-quality food and service. The role focuses on maintaining authentic Lebanese dining standards, optimizing operational efficiency, managing teams, and achieving financial and performance targets.</p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all restaurant and hospitality areas.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure consistent delivery of authentic Lebanese cuisine and exceptional guest service.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and implement operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to reflect Lebanese tradition and hospitality.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training to ensure a motivated and efficient team.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee inventory control, food and labor costs, and ensure budgetary targets are met.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with the Head Chef and culinary team to plan menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare operational and financial performance reports for management review.</li></ul><ul><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of restaurant and service staff.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
