Branch Manager-Restaurent

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant branch.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years as a Restaurant or Branch Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and restaurant POS systems.
• Previous experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage.
