Social is not a channel for us; it is the growth engine.We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Marketing Lead who wants to operate like an owner, build from zero to scale, and define the voice and presence of a brand that people genuinely care about.The RoleThis is not a &ldquo;post 3x a week&rdquo; job. You will architect and execute a high-frequency, high-impact content engine across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), with a focus on constant iteration, speed, and learning.You will own everything from strategy &rarr; ideation &rarr; execution &rarr; performance.What You&rsquo;ll Do1. Own the Content Machine<ul><li>Develop and execute a daily posting strategy (often multiple posts per day)</li><li>Rapidly test formats, hooks, and trends to identify breakout content</li><li>Build repeatable content series and scalable creative frameworks</li></ul>2. Lead Creative Strategy<ul><li>Define the brand voice, tone, and visual identity across social</li><li>Translate product + brand insights into engaging, platform-native content</li><li>Stay ahead of trends and adapt them quickly and authentically</li></ul>3. Execute End-to-End Content<ul><li>Shoot, edit, and publish content natively (mobile-first, scrappy, fast)</li><li>Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs optimized for engagement</li><li>Balance speed with quality&mdash;perfection is not the goal, performance is</li></ul>4. Build UGC Flywheels<ul><li>Source, manage, and scale user-generated content</li><li>Develop systems to incentivize and repurpose customer content</li><li>Identify and onboard creators who align with the brand</li></ul>5. Drive Partnerships &amp; Collabs<ul><li>Identify and execute brand collaborations and creator partnerships</li><li>Build relationships with micro-creators and emerging voices</li><li>Turn partnerships into high-performing content, not just awareness plays</li></ul>6.
