We’re building a next-generation CPG brand designed for how consumers actually discover, engage, and buy today—through content, community, and culture. Social is not a channel for us; it is the growth engine.
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Lead who wants to operate like an owner, build from zero to scale, and define the voice and presence of a brand that people genuinely care about.
The Role
This is not a “post 3x a week” job. You will architect and execute a high-frequency, high-impact content engine across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), with a focus on constant iteration, speed, and learning.
You will own everything from strategy → ideation → execution → performance.
What You’ll Do
1. Own the Content Machine
- Develop and execute a daily posting strategy (often multiple posts per day)
- Rapidly test formats, hooks, and trends to identify breakout content
- Build repeatable content series and scalable creative frameworks
2. Lead Creative Strategy
- Define the brand voice, tone, and visual identity across social
- Translate product + brand insights into engaging, platform-native content
- Stay ahead of trends and adapt them quickly and authentically
3. Execute End-to-End Content
- Shoot, edit, and publish content natively (mobile-first, scrappy, fast)
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs optimized for engagement
- Balance speed with quality—perfection is not the goal, performance is
4. Build UGC Flywheels
- Source, manage, and scale user-generated content
- Develop systems to incentivize and repurpose customer content
- Identify and onboard creators who align with the brand
5. Drive Partnerships & Collabs
- Identify and execute brand collaborations and creator partnerships
- Build relationships with micro-creators and emerging voices
- Turn partnerships into high-performing content, not just awareness plays
6. Measure, Learn, Iterate
- Track performance across content and platforms
- Obsess over metrics: views, watch time, saves, shares, conversion signals
- Continuously refine strategy based on what actually works

Requirements
- Proven track record growing social accounts (personal or brand)
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram content dynamics
- Strong content creation skills (shooting, editing, storytelling)
- Experience with UGC and/or influencer collaborations
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly
