 We&rsquo;re partnering with a well-established organization to hire a
 
 Director of Human Resources
 
 to lead and evolve the company&rsquo;s HR function. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving strategy across talent, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development.
 
 
 The right candidate will bring both a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, with the ability to influence leadership while building scalable HR programs.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and implement company-wide HR policies, programs, and initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with executive leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and internal equity
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with finance leadership on payroll, budgeting, and benefits strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee employee benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle complex employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead risk management efforts including workers&rsquo; compensation, safety programs, and claims
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive training, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain HR systems, reporting, and data integrity across HRIS platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage HR budget and provide recommendations on staffing and compensation
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a liaison with legal counsel, auditors, and external partners
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 :
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7&ndash;10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and organizational development
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing HR teams within a complex or multi-department organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 HR certification required (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent); senior-level certification preferred
 </li>
