Job Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive our success! In this energetic role, you&rsquo;ll be the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products and creates a welcoming shopping environment. Your proactive approach will ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and every customer leaves satisfied.Sales Bonus** If you make $700 or more in sales a day or $2500 in sales a week you get a bonus of 15% of the sales.Responsibilites includes;<ul><li>Assist customers in selecting apparel and fragrances</li><li>Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations.</li><li>Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked with quality products to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product demonstrations, and resolving concerns promptly.</li><li>Support store merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and ensuring visual standards are met.</li><li>Handle cashier duties accurately, including processing payments via cash, credit cards, or e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold store cleanliness and organization.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.</li><li>Experience with retail sales techniques, POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills for stocking shelves, inventory management, and maintaining attractive displays.</li><li>Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Instagram Handle </li></ul>Work Location: In person
