In this energetic role, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products and creates a welcoming shopping environment. Your proactive approach will ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and every customer leaves satisfied.

Sales Bonus** If you make $700 or more in sales a day or $2500 in sales a week you get a bonus of 15% of the sales.

Responsibilites includes;

• Assist customers in selecting apparel and fragrances
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked with quality products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product demonstrations, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Support store merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and ensuring visual standards are met.
• Handle cashier duties accurately, including processing payments via cash, credit cards, or e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold store cleanliness and organization.

Skills

• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
• Experience with retail sales techniques, POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills for stocking shelves, inventory management, and maintaining attractive displays.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
