Job Description:We are searching for a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in electrical systems for high-rise construction. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage projects, possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems, and lead a team to ensure the successful delivery of MEP construction project.Responsibilities:&middot; Oversee the implementation of Electrics systems for high-rise construction projects.&middot; Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawings align with project requirements.&middot; Provide technical guidance to project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.&middot; Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.&middot; Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.&middot; Perform a comprehensive review of project scope, client requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and specifications from bid documents.&middot; Initiate material inquiries with relevant suppliers and evaluate proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.&middot; Obtain material submittals from selected suppliers and prepare them in accordance with project specifications.&middot; Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawings align with project requirements.&middot; Identify and address conflicts and discrepancies within the project, communicating effectively with the project team.&middot; Execute additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager.Skills&middot; Technically sound on applicable codes, standards, and regulations.&middot; Ability to conduct mechanical analysis and calculations.&middot; Ability to meet work schedules and deadlines.&middot; Skills in feasibility study, Procurement, Estimation project controls, cost estimates, quantity take offs, and manpower requirements for proposals, forecast, and change orders.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.&middot; Minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP field with high-rise experience.&middot; Comprehensive knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, low current systems, and fire alarm systems.&middot; Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Work Location: In person

Desired Qualification :-Responsible for managing materials in accordance with SOP and ISO standards. Project Manager in MEP construction background with Min 18+ years&rsquo; experience in UAE.Responsibilities &amp; Duties-Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering /coordination and implementation / execution of respective services / projects including control and monitoring of progress as per project specification.-Responsible to manage all Engineers/Sub-contractors and shall cover complete MEP systems.-Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to Site Team to implement those decisions.-Governance and oversight of all project activities and assigned work responsibilities to site engineers and foremen.-Follow up with consultant for material / subcontractor's submittal and approval on time in coordination with main contractors/consultants/clients.-Attend all daily / weekly management/consultant/main contractor/client meeting and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays.-Carryout necessary follow-ups with vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors for timely execution / delivery of the ordered items.-Efficient planning and optimum utilization of Material and Manpower.
