You'll work directly with the leadership team to help define and elevate the Hydro visual brand.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Capture high-quality video and photography across events, interviews, office life, offshore projects, and client sites</li><li>Edit short-form and long-form content for platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and internal use</li><li>Ensure high standards of visual presentation, consistency, and brand alignment</li><li>Design and build branded templates, lower thirds, transitions, and intro/outro graphics</li><li>Take initiative with new content ideas and formats that bring the Hydro story to life</li><li>Stay updated on visual trends, editing styles, and storytelling techniques across platforms</li><li>Build and grow the personal brand of the Group CEO across video, photo, and social media content</li><li>Support the visual identity and content creation for group companies under the Strada Arc banner</li><li>Travel as needed to key locations (local and international)</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong portfolio or showreel with high-end, commercial, or branded content</li><li>Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop (After Effects a bonus)</li><li>Skilled in camera operation (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting setups, stabilisation equipment, and audio gear</li><li>Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual tone, and emotional resonance</li><li>Ability to edit fast and deliver to a high standard under time pressure</li><li>A self-starter &mdash; confident working independently or with a team</li><li>Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic project environments</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Drone license or aerial filming experience</li><li>Motion graphics or animation skills</li><li>Experience filming in offshore, energy, or industrial settings</li><li>Studio/podcast production experience</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance bonuses</li><li>Direct collaboration with the CEO and senior creative team</li><li>Full creative ownership and the ability to shape Hydro&rsquo;s global visual identity</li><li>Access to world-class filming environments across Dubai, offshore projects, and international offices</li><li>A performance-led, innovative, and supportive culture</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your CV and a link to your portfolio or showreel.Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for the next stage in our creative recruitment process.Hydro Energy Group is more than a recruitment firm &mdash; we&rsquo;re a movement built on people, performance, and purpose.
