Maintenance TechnicianPlumbing Supply House &amp; Showroom | Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep and operational integrity of our plumbing supply warehouse and showroom. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll work across both our customer-facing showroom and our warehouse/distribution areas.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems</li><li>Maintain the showroom in pristine, display-ready condition &mdash; including fixture cleaning, display upkeep, and minor repairs</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse, loading dock, and exterior grounds; identify and address hazards or maintenance needs</li><li>Perform minor carpentry, painting, patching, and general building repairs as needed</li><li>Coordinate with and assist outside contractors and vendors for larger repair projects</li><li>Manage and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools</li><li>Handle snow removal, landscaping upkeep, and parking lot maintenance as needed</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from showroom and warehouse staff</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in building or facility maintenance (commercial experience preferred)</li><li>Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems</li><li>Familiarity with plumbing products and fixtures is a strong plus</li><li>Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and light equipment</li><li>Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining an upscale customer showroom environment</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks independently</li><li>Valid driver's license required</li><li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, with occasional weekend availability</li><li>Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience</li><li>Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off), and employee discounts on products</li></ul>Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid jury duty</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
