The candidate should be creative, strategic, and data-driven, with strong experience in content creation&mdash;especially Reels and short-form video content.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others</li><li>Create and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals</li><li>Plan content calendars and posting schedules</li><li>Write scripts for reels and short videos</li><li>Coordinate design ideas and visual concepts for posts and reels</li><li>Create engaging content (captions, hashtags, reels concepts)</li><li>Conduct market and trend research to identify new content opportunities</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly</li><li>Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager</li><li>Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content</li><li>Experience in content strategy, scripting, and ideation</li><li>Understanding of social media analytics and insights</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)</li><li>Video editing knowledge is a plus</li><li>Experience in brand building or digital marketing</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
