Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can independently handle all social media platforms. The candidate should be creative, strategic, and data-driven, with strong experience in content creation—especially Reels and short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others
• Create and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Plan content calendars and posting schedules
• Write scripts for reels and short videos
• Coordinate design ideas and visual concepts for posts and reels
• Create engaging content (captions, hashtags, reels concepts)
• Conduct market and trend research to identify new content opportunities
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content
• Experience in content strategy, scripting, and ideation
• Understanding of social media analytics and insights
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Video editing knowledge is a plus
• Experience in brand building or digital marketing
