Location: Los Angeles Type: Full-TimeAbout Us:We are a growing apparel business seeking an experiencedBookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to manage our AR/AP processes. You will play a key role in keeping our financial operations smooth, accurate, and timely.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accurately</li><li>Post invoices, vendor bills, and payments in Apparel Magic and QuickBooks Online (QBO)</li><li>Handle factoring transactions, including posting and reconciliation</li><li>Use Bill.com for vendor payments and AP automation</li><li>Reconcile AR, AP, and cash accounts regularly</li><li>Assist in month-end closing and reporting</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience with Apparel Magic ERP</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)</li><li>Familiarity with factoring processes in AR/financing</li><li>Proficiency in Bill.com for AP management</li><li>Strong understanding of bookkeeping/accounting principles</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines</li><li>Experience in the apparel or retail industry is highly preferred</li></ul>How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief description of your experience with ApparelMagic, QBO, factoring, and Bill.com toPay: From $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90023
