Field ManagerAhmed Group of Companies (AGOI) Location: Gujranwala, Punjab, PakistanWe are seeking an experienced, results-driven Field Manager to lead our sales and distribution operations in the dynamic Gujranwala territory. If you have a proven track record in market expansion and team management within the FMCG or distribution sector, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales &amp; Distribution Leadership: Oversee and manage the entire sales and distribution operations across the designated Gujranwala territory.</li><li>Target Achievement: Drive the successful achievement of both Primary (company to distributor) and Secondary (distributor to retailer) sales targets.</li><li>Network Expansion: Strategize and execute plans for the continuous expansion of the distribution network, ensuring deeper market penetration and coverage.</li><li>Policy Implementation: Ensure strict adherence to and effective implementation of all company sales, financial, and operational policies within the field team and distribution partners.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitors' activities, pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns to inform strategic decision-making.</li><li>Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the field sales team to maximize performance and productivity.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Distribution Management, preferably in the FMCG or a large-scale distribution environment.</li><li>Skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Local Knowledge: Must have in-depth knowledge of the Gujranwala market and surrounding areas.</li></ul>Why Join AGOI?Ahmed Group of Companies offers a competitive salary package, performance-based incentives, and extensive opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading national group.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>FMCG Edible Oil: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
