We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Field Manager to lead our sales and distribution operations in the dynamic Gujranwala territory. If you have a proven track record in market expansion and team management within the FMCG or distribution sector, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Distribution Leadership: Oversee and manage the entire sales and distribution operations across the designated Gujranwala territory.
• Target Achievement: Drive the successful achievement of both Primary (company to distributor) and Secondary (distributor to retailer) sales targets.
• Network Expansion: Strategize and execute plans for the continuous expansion of the distribution network, ensuring deeper market penetration and coverage.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure strict adherence to and effective implementation of all company sales, financial, and operational policies within the field team and distribution partners.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitors' activities, pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns to inform strategic decision-making.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the field sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Distribution Management, preferably in the FMCG or a large-scale distribution environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Local Knowledge: Must have in-depth knowledge of the Gujranwala market and surrounding areas.
