The Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market presence through innovative strategies and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for regional and national teams.
  • Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and budgeting.

Marketing Management:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to strengthen brand image and market share.
  • Oversee digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with product development and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to sales and marketing teams.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy, planning, and decision-making processes.
  • Drive innovation in marketing and sales practices to stay ahead of competitors.

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and market growth objectives.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and make strategic decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
