The Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market presence through innovative strategies and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for regional and national teams.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to strengthen brand image and market share.
- Oversee digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with product development and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Contribute to overall business strategy, planning, and decision-making processes.
- Drive innovation in marketing and sales practices to stay ahead of competitors.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and market growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and make strategic decisions.
