Marketing Communications Manager

Position Summary

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Roshni Homes Trust’s communications, branding, and digital fundraising activities. The role includes content development, donor engagement, coordination with external service providers, and ensuring consistent communication in line with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Donor Relations & Communication

  • Prepare and send children’s progress reports to sponsors/donors as per policy.
  • Draft and circulate seasonal greetings, appreciation notes, and recognition letters.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure donor satisfaction.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Lead the overall online marketing strategy (SEO, campaigns, digital ads).
  • Monitor analytics and optimize reach/impact.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and approve content (stories, posts, campaigns).
  • Share approved content with the hired social media agency for execution.
  • Monitor agency performance, track reports, and provide feedback.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Develop impact stories, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Support fundraising and awareness campaigns with compelling communication.

Communications & Branding

  • Manage UAN, official emails, newsletters, and overall brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency in communication across all platforms.

Creative Media

  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for visuals, reels, and campaign videos.

Website & Donor CRM

  • Oversee website updates, donor database, and analytics.
  • Manage online donation funnel.

Merchandising & CSR Products

  • Manage branded merchandise and donation kiosks.
  • Oversee product design, vendor coordination, and promotions.

Digital Fundraising

  • Manage crowdfunding campaigns (LaunchGood, Global Giving, Give2Asia).
  • Run WhatsApp donation and digital fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit communications.
  • Strong storytelling and donor communication skills (English & Urdu).
  • Experience in coordinating with external agencies.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, fundraising platforms, and CRM databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
