Position Type: Full-Time / Remote Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development ManagerSalary: $300 per month plus commissionJob SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned, high-performance Expert Caller to act as the primary bridge between our marketing efforts and our sales team. The expert caller will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential B2B/B2C leads, qualifying them based on specific criteria, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales executives. In addition to calling, this role requires strong administrative skills to manage CRM data, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Outbound Prospecting &amp; Cold Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calls (cold and warm) to identify and engage prospective clients.</li><li>Appointment Setting: Coordinate, schedule, and confirm sales appointments/meetings for Account Executives, ensuring accurate time zone management and calendar updates.</li><li>Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients against company criteria (e.g., BANT - Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure high-quality leads enter the pipeline.</li><li>CRM &amp; Administrative Duties: Meticulously log all calls, emails, and interaction notes in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Perform administrative tasks like updating database records and managing follow-up sequences.</li><li>Objection Handling: Utilize advanced persuasion techniques to overcome objections, respond to inquiries, and turn rejections into opportunities.</li><li>Script Personalization: Adapt provided scripts to engage different personalities naturally without sounding robotic.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting</li><li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and VoIP phone systems.</li><li>Persistence &amp; Resilience: A thick-skinned, results-driven mindset that thrives under pressure and handles rejection gracefully.</li><li>Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage, follow up, and track a high volume of leads.</li><li>Research Abilities: Ability to perform quick research on prospects using LinkedIn or search engines to personalize outreach.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in B2B sales or high-ticket service industries.</li><li>Experience using sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Salesloft).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: E&pound;15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with this work mode.
